An alteration to a two-bed apartment in a 1960’s block in St Kilda. Works primarily involving a refurbishment of the kitchen, rearrangement of wet areas to form two bathrooms, and a general update of finishes and services throughout, all in a manner sympathetic to the qualities of the existing fabric.
